Virgin of the Pillar, Marchena 2025

October 12th is the day of the Virgin of the Pillar (Virgen del Pilar), patroness of the Hispanic world and of the Spanish Civil Guard (Guardia Civil Española). She went out in procession through the streets of Marchena, accompanied by the Villa de Marchena Musical Band (Banda Musical Villa de Marchena), from the Church of Saint Augustine (iglesia de San Agustín).
